Connecting to the Server for Personal, Small Business, and Enterprise Plans
File Transfer
For security reasons, we only allow SFTP connections. In order to connect to the the server to update your website, use the following settings:
Connection Type: SFTP
Hostname: cp102.sentree.io
Port: 2222
Username: [Your Username]
Password: [Your Password]
SSH
By default, SSH access is disabled on new accounts. If you would like to have SSH access enabled, please contact us.
