As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and refining innovative marketing strategies to expand our reach, engage new clients, and elevate our brand.

At Camna, LLC, we’ve been crafting custom websites and web applications since 2006. Alongside our development services, we run Sentree, a managed hosting provider specializing in WordPress and WooCommerce security and performance.
We’re a small but mighty team of about 10 people, working remotely across the US and UK. Our passion lies in understanding our clients’ businesses, uncovering their pain points, and delivering innovative technical solutions that solve problems and drive success.

What You’ll Do
PPC Advertising
- Lead and own pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others to drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including designers and content creators, to produce compelling ad creatives (text and visuals) that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop a comprehensive A/B testing strategy for ads and landing pages to optimize performance and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor and analyze campaign performance, continually refining strategies to maximize ROI.
Content Marketing
- Develop, manage, and refine a cohesive content marketing strategy to engage and nurture potential clients throughout the sales funnel.
- Identify customer personas and align content topics with their challenges, goals, and pain points.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
- Refine, edit, and publish high-quality blogs, articles, case studies, and other materials on our website and social channels.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Identify opportunities for growth through market research, competitor analysis, and understanding industry trends.
- Propose and execute innovative campaigns for customer engagement, such as direct outreach, webinars, special promotions, and participation in tradeshows or industry events.
- Collaborate on website rebuilds, contributing strategic insights and crafting engaging content to enhance user experience and generate leads.
- Track and report on KPIs for marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Social Media Management
- Develop a social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, using analytics to inform future social content and campaigns.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to comments and inquiries to build brand loyalty.
- Leverage paid social media advertising to reach new audiences and increase engagement.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 2+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Innovative and Strategic: Thrives on developing new ideas and strategies to connect with customers and achieve business goals.
- Analytical: Confident in analyzing performance data to refine tactics and improve results.
- Creative & Resourceful: Skilled at developing engaging content, graphics, and campaigns, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve independently.
- Organized and Goal-Oriented: Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Ads, social media platforms, WordPress, and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Growth-Focused: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment and eager to build a marketing strategy from the ground up.
